quantal：突然间，notify-osd 不显示气泡

使用 quantal 后，我的桌面上再也看不到通知气泡了。使用命令“notify-send”，我发现如果我在终端中执行此操作notify-send -u critical Test Test，就会看到气泡出现。但如果我这样做：notify-send -u normal Test Test或者只是notify-send Test Test看不到气泡！

或许请勿打扰模式可能已经应用，但我不知道如何/何时！

$ notify-send --version 
notify-send 0.7.5

$ apt-cache policy notify-osd
notify-osd:
