apt似乎正在使用您自己的计算机作为镜像（127.0.0.1:9666）。您没有类似的软件apt-cacher，并且删除/禁用了它吗？
/etc/apt/apt.conf如果是这种情况，则应在或 上的任何文件中配置该信息/etc/apt/apt.conf.d。要查看是否在任何这些文件中设置了该信息，请使用 ：
cat /etc/apt/apt.conf
grep -r proxy /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/
