ubuntu 无法连接以太网

先生，我是 Linux 新手。

我一直尝试在我的 Ubuntu 11.04 上通过以太网访问互联网，但是失败了。

每当我连接以太网电缆时，它就会开始滚动（表示它已检测到以太网电缆）。但最终无法连接到互联网。

确保路由器/电脑的配置正确，还要确保电缆没有损坏，我曾因 LAN 电缆损坏而遇到过同样的问题
