我们有一个在端口 5985（而不是 5984）上运行 Couchdb 的 Apache 服务器。我的电脑上装有 Windows 7 和 Ubuntu 14 LTS。从 Ubuntu，我可以通过以下方式连接到主机http://示例.服务器.域名，但我无法连接到http://example.server.domain:5985。我尝试了 Chrome 和 Firefox。这在同一台计算机上的 Windows 上运行良好。

我也无法使用 filezilla 连接到我们的 sftp 服务器（出现“连接超时”），但我可以使用 Windows 中的 WinSCP 连接到该服务器。

其他一切都运行良好。所有其他网站都正常运行，我可以使用 apt-get 安装软件包，我可以使用 git 提取和推送文档...

我尝试使用 ufw disable 关闭防火墙（然后重新启动），但没有作用。

我通过从 DHCP 切换到静态解决了这个问题。看来网络出了问题，默认的 DHCP 设置允许我访问互联网，但阻碍了其他功能。
