您需要查看日志文件以找到此错误的确切原因。这里有一个简单的清单。
- 电子邮件主机名的 DNS 解析应该提供服务器的正确 IP 地址。
- 服务器应该监听正确的端口。使用另一台机器上的 telnet 检查防火墙问题。非 SSL 的 143 和 SSL 的 993 应该打开。
- 检查 Postfix 日志文件，大多数情况下可以在以下位置找到：
