无法运行 apt-get 升级 ubuntu 14.04 gnome

我目前正在使用 ubuntu 14.04 和 gnome shell 3.10.4（我从 gnome 3.12 降级）但遇到了一个问题：
我无法安装任何东西！如果我这样做

sudo apt-get upgrade


我得到以下

E: The package gnome-accessibility-themes needs to be reinstalled, but can't find an archive for it.

如果我尝试运行：

sudo apt-get install gnome-accessibility-themes

弹出相同的错误

然后我跑了：

sudo apt-get remove gnome-accessibility-themes

但还是出现了同样的错误！
甚至 Aptitude 也无济于事。

从这里手动下载：https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/trusty/amd64/gnome-accessibility-themes/3.10.0-1ubuntu2并使用安装sudo dpkg -i package-name.deb
