我的台式电脑运行的是 Windows 7。我压缩了光盘以创建 Ubuntu 分区。我在 USB 上安装了一个 Ubuntu 版本，然后运行它。我为 EFI 启动和 EXT4 文件系统创建了一个分区。当我即将开始安装过程时，它从未显示“与 Windows 一起安装”选项。我没多想，只是选择了“其他”选项并从那里继续。
长话短说，我再也无法启动 Windows。我有 GRUB 引导加载程序，但从来没有弹出菜单。我已通过终端更新了 Grub。我安装了 Boot Repair，并运行了几次，并选择了几个不同的选项。如果我进入磁盘管理，它确实可以识别 NTFS，因此 Windows 分区仍然存在。
我的 USB 上安装了另一个操作系统，即使 BIOS 中的设置正确，我也无法启动该 USB 。不知道下一步该怎么办。谢谢您的帮助。
