如果我关闭 PC，然后断开与插槽的连接并重新启动，则 CPU 的运行频率至少为 480MHz。但是，如果我再次重新启动它，这次不移除插槽，频率就会恢复正常。如果您还不明白：

  1. 关掉我的电脑。
  2. 移除插座连接。
  3. 稍后重新启动。

结果：频率为 480MHz（这是最低可能的），运行和启动非常缓慢。

  1. 关闭电脑。
  2. 不要移除插座。
  3. 重启

结果：频率恢复正常。

请注意，我有一台笔记本电脑，电池不能用，需要不断插入电池才能工作。
