Ubuntu 21.04 无法关机和重启

当我尝试关闭 Ubuntu 21.04 时，窗口变暗。当我尝试重新启动时，窗口也变暗。计算机没有关闭，但 Windows 10 正常关闭。我试过了，sudo shutdown -h now但sudo systemctl poweroff没有用。
