更新至 ubuntu 22.10 后 Mpv vaapi 无法正常工作

我之前在 Ubuntu 22.04 上使用过 vaapi（通过 intel_gpu_top 检查），但在更新到 22.10 后，它突然停止工作。

按下热键 CTRL + H 激活硬件解码，它会冻结然后变为绿色或出现故障（音频正常）。

发现问题，这是一个内核错误，回滚到5.15.0-53-generic现在 VAAPI 又可以正常工作了。

看来，这是一个问题5.19.0-23-generic。
