我正在尝试在装有 Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS 的 vps 上通过 snap 安装 certbot，但出现以下错误：

$ sudo snap install --classic certbot
error: cannot install "certbot": Post "https://api.snapcraft.io/v2/snaps/refresh": Method Not Allowed

我已经检查了 snapd 状态，systemctl status snapd.service确实如此running (active)。还尝试安装核心，但出现类似错误：

$ sudo snap install core
error: cannot install "core": Post "https://api.snapcraft.io/v2/snaps/refresh": Moved Permanently
