咆哮（13.04，不是 14.04）不再可用，因为它不是LTS 版本而且它太旧了。

更改来源升级到较新版本/etc/apt/sources.list，它就可以再次工作了。

如果你的 中已经有 14.04 源sources.list，则只需删除 raring 条目。
