当我更新时（使用 apt-get、synaptic 或 Ubuntu Software Center 中的任何一个），我收到几个错误。首先是这个警告：

Failed to fetch http://repo.mysql.com/apt/ubuntu/dists/utopic/InRelease
Unable to find expected entry 'utilities-1.5/binary-amd64/Packages' in Release file (Wrong sources.list entry or malformed file)
Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

我不知道如何解决这个问题，甚至不知道在哪里（其他地方）寻找答案——该怎么办？
