Ubuntu 16.04 重启后 Wifi 无法连接

升级到 16.04 后，每次重启系统，wifi 都无法连接。它显示“设备未就绪”。我的 Ubuntu 无线接口是 RT3290 Wireless 802.11n 1T/1R PCIe

在 iwconfig 上我得到了以下内容

lo        no wireless extensions.

wlan0     IEEE 802.11bgn  ESSID:off/any  
          Mode:Managed  Access Point: Not-Associated   Tx-Power=0 dBm   
          Retry short limit:7   RTS thr:off   Fragment thr:off
          Power Management:off

eth0      no wireless extensions.

目前，要重新启动 wifi，我必须关机，然后重新启动系统。

sudo systemctl restart network-manager.service

或者

sudo service network-manager restart

无法启动 wifi。
