Chrome 浏览器根本不使用您尝试安装的 Flash 插件，因此您不妨将其完全卸载。Chrome 浏览器使用 Pepper Flash，它嵌入在浏览器中。它会在浏览器安装期间安装。如果它不起作用，您必须检查 Chrome 安装出了什么问题。
您可以将 Chrome 安装重置为默认设置，例如通过使用终端窗口删除这两个目录：
rm -R ~/.config/google-chrome
