我的经验是，这个问题没有解决办法。我遇到了这个问题，到目前为止，vmware 的官方回答是，这个问题的出现是因为启动 vmware 工作站 10 和 11 所需的驱动程序是未签名的驱动程序（vmmon 和 vmnet）；而 Ubuntu 16 不允许未签名的驱动程序在操作系统上自动运行。此外，vmware 工作站本身不提供这些驱动程序，必须在运行服务时编译和安装它们。因此，他们建议的解决方法是创建一个公钥/私钥对，在安装时对驱动程序进行签名，以便 Ubuntu UEFI 可以接受它们。另一个建议的解决方法是关闭 UEFI bios。
