您的/etc/hosts文件有误。您将 和 都127.0.0.1指定192.168.123.45为localhost，因此解析器认为它们相同，并将其中一个替换为另一个。

如果要区分这两个地址，请将其写192.168.123.45为另一个主机名。您的机器可能有一些“真实”主机名（hostname没有-i参数会返回什么？），将该名称分配给192.168.123.45而不是localhost。
