我按照说明创建了上述环境

在 CharGer 环境中：$python -V

发布了 Python 2.7.18 :: Anaconda, Inc.

但是在 CharGer 文件夹中并 $ pip install 。

它返回“错误：软件包 u'charger-0.6.0b1' 需要不同的 Python：2.7.18 不在'>/3.7,<4.0'
