如何以非 root 身份运行 ps-watcher

ps-watcher $HOME/ps-watcher.cfg

我以普通用户身份运行它，我收到此错误：

Unable to open file handle FH for file '/var/run/ps-watcher.pid': Permission denied

ps-watcher.cfg的内容是：

[tint2]
occurs = none
action = /usr/bin/tint2

讽刺的是，手册页说 ps-watcher 不需要以 root 身份运行。

There's nothing in the ps command or ps-watcher, that requires one to run this daemon as root.

如何避免错误呢？我可以更改/var/run/ps-watcher.pid的路径吗？
