我在更新 ubuntu 后也遇到了这个问题，但通过更新 chroot 后问题就解决了
sudo sh -e ~/Downloads/crouton -n (chroot name) -u
如果你不知道你的 chroot 的名字，可以这样做
ls /usr/local/chroots
你的 chroot 名字就会出现在那里

PS：如果你尝试将 ubuntu 更新到 14.04（不要升级到 16.04，否则会不起作用），你必须在第一次启动升级版本时运行第一个命令
