经过一段时间的无所作为，问题终于解决了。遗憾的是，我不知道发生了什么。可能是在问题发生近两个月后进行了一些更新，或者只是需要更多重启/注销/登录，这些显然已经发生了。无论发生了什么，现在它都按预期运行。
