三周前我重新安装了 Kubuntu 18.04 系统。最近几天我安装了更新，然后网速明显下降。无法测量 250/20 Mbit，而只能测量 20/15 Mbit。 对于USB Live系统则不会出现此现象。

在实时系统上，4.15.0-20-generic 内核在当前安装的 4.15.0-36-generic 内核运行时运行，尝试使用 GRUB 中的旧内核进行启动，但情况没有改变

我的两台设备都安装了 Kubuntu 18.04，但出现了同样的问题。我的情况是，速度从 100/100 Mbit 降到了 10/100 Mbit。执行命令ethtool -s <my_interface> autoneg on speed 100 duplex full可解决此问题。之前，自动协商处于关闭状态，双工为一半，更改 NetworkManager 设置对 ethtool 输出和速度没有影响。之前：
