有时我的 gnome 在登录时会冻结（键盘死机），不知道为什么……我最近也遇到了 USB 插入/拔出冻结的问题。论坛说尝试禁用此 gnome 扩展。
因此，目前我从 /usr/share/gnome-shell/extensions 和 .local/share/gnome-shell/extensions 中删除了所有扩展，这样就没有任何扩展在运行，似乎适用于 usb。但关机仍然是一个问题。

我检查了日志，可能是 snapd 导致的。目前禁用了所有 snapd 服务。关闭似乎没问题。
列出所有 snap 服务
systemctl list-unit-files | grep snap
尝试删除未使用的 snap 包，其中一个可能是原因，或者禁用并停止它。最后停止 snapd.socket。不要忘记尝试 daemon-reload
