无法上传 Windows 7

Question

我无法从我的电脑上传任何文件（不是作为邮件附件、Dropbox 上传等...）

几天前一切都很好，但现在我无法上传任何内容（因此页面加载缓慢）。我不记得安装过任何新程序。

我尝试过禁用防火墙、NOD32 防病毒软件、重置路由器等......
