您的 rsyslog.conf 没有加载用于读取内核日志的输入模块。相关行在那里，但它被注释掉了，所以 rsyslog 会忽略它：

$ModLoad imuxsock # provides support for local system logging
#$ModLoad imklog   # provides kernel logging support

#从 imklog 行开头删除，然后重新启动 rsyslogd。
