xrandr 无法检测到我的第二台显示器

我正在使用 Linux，我的设置中有 2 台显示器和 1 台笔记本电脑（总共 3 个屏幕）。

xrandr 检测 2 个显示器（笔记本电脑 + 1 个外部显示器），并且我在两个外部显示器上都得到相同的输出。

实际上，我只需从 ubuntu 14.04 升级到 15.04 即可解决问题，现在我的 DP 可以正确检测到了。内核太旧，或者驱动程序不是最新的。
