最后，我的 Windows 似乎不知怎么坏了。我更新到了“Windows 10 – 版本 1607”。之后，Hyper-V 正常工作。更新可能修复了一些 Windows 文件/设置。bcdedit不再显示falscher parameter错误。所以也许修复 Windows 可以解决这个问题。
