启动 Windows 后出现 Adob​​e Flash 更新提示

每次启动或重启后都会出现以下窗口，即使我已经多次更新了 Flash Player。但它反复要求更新。我已从启动程序列表中禁用它，但每次重启时它仍然会出现。
