在 Anaconda 运行一切之后，我能够使用这个问题我之前问过。

但是，我刚刚运行了 CCleaner 来清理我的笔记本电脑，因为我已经有一段时间没这样做了。显然，它从 Firefox 中删除了缓存。现在，每当我jupyter-notebook在提示符内运行（以管理员身份）时，它都会显示消息The port 8888 is already in use, trying another port。
