什么原因导致千兆接口的下行速度减半?

我有 2 台电脑,一台是 Windows 10 台式机,另一台是 Windows 7 戴尔笔记本电脑。两台电脑都配有英特尔千兆网络接口。互联网是对称千兆的。在台式机上,我测量500/900 左右的速度,相当稳定。在笔记本电脑上我得到大约 900/700。我希望在台式机上获得 900/900 左右的速度,我对笔记本电脑的速度很满意。这种情况让我假设连接本身没有问题,因为它会得到 900/900+,但网络接口或其设置遇到了瓶颈。

我试过:

  • 切换电缆
  • 更改光网络终端上的连接端口
  • 在接口高级选项中将自动协商设置为 1gbps 全双工
  • 关闭流量控制和节能功能
  • 更新 Windows 10
  • 重新启动 ONT 和计算机
  • 测试服务器由 ISP 提供,在 speedtest.net 上(始终使用同一个服务器,具有“多”连接模式)
  • 网络/计算机上没有运行任何其他程序
  • 所有设备都通过 Cat5e 电缆直接连接到 ISP 设备
