我试过:
- 切换电缆
- 更改光网络终端上的连接端口
- 在接口高级选项中将自动协商设置为 1gbps 全双工
- 关闭流量控制和节能功能
- 更新 Windows 10
- 重新启动 ONT 和计算机
- 测试服务器由 ISP 提供,在 speedtest.net 上(始终使用同一个服务器,具有“多”连接模式)
- 网络/计算机上没有运行任何其他程序
- 所有设备都通过 Cat5e 电缆直接连接到 ISP 设备
我该如何解决这个问题?我还能尝试什么?还有什么信息有用?
