Powershell 登录 winServer2019 的 mySQL 8 错误 1043 (08S01): 握手错误

尝试使用 mysql.exe 或 mysqldump.exe 登录 mysql 时出现以下错误

mysql: Unknown OS character set 'cp0'.
mysql: Switching to the default character set 'utf8mb4'.
ERROR 1043 (08S01): Bad handshake

• 服务器正在运行 3x 个 SQL 8x、5x、xx 实例
• 为 wordpress 网站安装 PHP7 && mysql 8
• 由于直接从目录调用 .exe，因此这不是运行时的问题

尝试了以下操作：

2. 将 character-set-server = utf8 添加到 my.ini
