不幸的是，这个菜单只能通过 dconf-editor 手动操作。

  1. 安装 dconf-editor sudo apt install dconf-editor
  2. 去 org > mate > panel > menubar
  3. 将默认图标名称更改为新图标名称

如果您想要自定义图标，请将 .svg 图像复制到 /usr/share/icons/apps/image.svg，当然用图像标题替换图像...

我花了一些时间自定义 MATE 桌面中的图标集。如上文所述，菜单图标通常位于 /usr/share/icons/[icon set]/scalable/apps 中，名称为 start-here.svg... 但这会因发行版和图标集而异。
