您需要检查两件事：(B) 您的无线驱动程序/TCP/IP 和 (A) 您的路由器。两者都可能导致问题。
（A）您可能需要先重置路由器。这可能有帮助，但至少您知道是否没用。
（二）运行联想驱动程序更新（通常在控制面板中）并更新所有驱动程序，尤其是无线驱动程序。
当然，请升级或至少重新安装无线驱动程序。重新安装无线驱动程序将执行完整的 TCP/IP 重置，因此这是最好的第一步。
