llncs 和 html 包的组合，\pdfoutput 和 \and（反斜杠和）会产生错误

llncs使用以下结合了：类、\pdfoutput包html的文档，\and我收到一个错误：

\documentclass[a4paper]{llncs}
\pdfoutput=1
\usepackage{html}

\title{asdf}
\author{asdf \and asdf} 

\begin{document}
\maketitle
\end{document}

我的错误是：

ERROR: Missing \endcsname inserted.

<to be read again> 
                   \csname\endcsname

From the .log file...

The control sequence marked <to be read again> should
not appear between \csname and \endcsname.

这个错误对我来说没什么意义。如果我改为llncs，article或者禁用\pdfoutput或html使用包或，\and我不会收到错误。

怎么了？

我现在能想到的解决这个问题的唯一方法就是避免使用该html包。有没有更好的方法？
