我不想采用通常的三部分布局（页眉、正文和页脚），而是想将其分成四个部分：

• 页眉和页脚横跨文本区域的整个宽度，边距为 1 英寸（例如）
• 正文进一步缩进，比如说，额外缩进 2 英寸
• 标题下方左对齐的文本框，包含信件的地址和日期信息。
