在 Linux 系统中，管理员称为“root”。如果可以，请启动 Yast，它需要 root 的密码。从 Yast 的包管理器安装 texlive。Suses texlive 维护得很好。
Suses 中央软件包仓库也应该提供 texmaker 作为编辑器（至少在 Tumbleweed 上是这样的）。但如果有一天你想尝试一下，可以试试 Kile，它是 KDE 的 LaTeX 编辑器。
所以归根结底还是一个问题，你是否被允许启动 Yast。如果不行，你就得在本地安装 texlive 本身（到 ~/texmf ）。但我不建议你这么做。我的建议是安装 Suse 的 texlive 软件包，维护者 Fink 博士做得非常好。
