强制图像一个接一个排列，中间不允许有任何文字

Question

我想将图像一个接一个地放置，而不允许将任何文本放置在空闲空间中。我有 2 个附录，采用 IEEEtran 双列格式。两个附录都只有图片。附录 B 应该在附录 A 中的所有图片都放置之后开始。但附录 B 的文本会放在那之前。

在附录 A 中，没有剩余空间供第二幅图使用，因此第二幅图移至下一页。但在剩余的空间中，却写入了附录 B 的文本。如何避免这种情况？
