LuaLaTeX 和 Gnuplot（Cairolatex 终端）：“未定义的控制序列。\inputencoding”

我最近从 pdflatex 转到了 lualatex。到目前为止，一切都很顺利，除了一件事：我无法包含使用 cairolatex 终端（选项“pdf 输入”）创建的 Gnuplot 图表。我收到的错误是“未定义的控制序列。\inputencoding”。cairolatex 创建的所有 tex 文件中有问题的部分是：

\inputencoding{cp1252}%

当然，我不再使用 inputenc 包，因为它对于 LuaLaTeX 来说已经过时了。我也尝试使用 epslatex 终端，结果是一样的。有什么想法吗？
