修改 amsart 中的目录标题/条目

是否可以使用类 amsart 修改目录的标题？我可以修改标题的字体，但不能修改标题本身。我想避免使用 \scshape 并使用大写字母。第一部分已经完成，但我无法完成第二部分……

另外，是否可以将章节标题设置为大写字母，并将其在目录中显示为小写字母？

第一个问题只需两个命令。

至于第二个问题，似乎这是amsart.cls
