如何锁定“我的网站”但让所有人看到“个人资料页面”？

我们公司希望 SharePoint 2007 中的“我的网站”从一开始就完全锁定为仅限该用户，但希望整个公司都可以看到公共个人资料页面 (person.aspx)。有人知道这是否可行吗？如果可行，如何配置 SharePoint 来支持这一点？
