尝试将您的记录从 更改v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all为v=spf1 mx include:_spf.google.com ~all
这就是我的 SPF 记录（注意 mx 添加）它应该可以工作，因为 google 的服务器是该域的 MX 服务器。
此外，如果您需要托管网站的服务器fintan.dk发送电子邮件，请将记录更改为v=spf1 a mx include:_spf.google.com ~all

~all表示软失败。如果要指定硬失败，则需要使用-all。
