服务器大约需要 30 秒才能向我发送横幅，但初始连接是立即完成的

只在我办公室时发生，在家时一切正常

在办公室我为我的客户端 IP 设置了一个 rRns，但它不起作用。

服务器：Exim，公共固定 IP，rDNS，无端口阻塞，位于数据中心

接收速度超快，但由于某种原因，发送速度非常慢，我不得不将发送超时时间增加到 3 分钟才能使其正常工作。

服务器软件是 Exim / Dovecot / cPanel。

如果看不到您的 Exim 配置，就无法确定，但是日志的第一行：

30132 ident connection to 89.238.207.49 failed: Connection refused

表明你的问题是一个典型的身份查找延迟。Exim FAQ 中记录了此问题：

以及第十四章Exim 文档。ident 查询延迟的默认值为 5 秒，但在旧版本的 Exim 中该值为 30 秒。

检查配置选项，如有必要，将其设置为零，以禁用呼叫。
