我注意到 htop 输出中至少显示了 20 个 mysqld 进程,占用了至少 60% 的内存。我不知道这些是单独的 MySQL 实例(不太可能)还是接受连接的进程/线程(可能)。我建议首先将其减少到一个较小的数字 - 5 可能就足够了,或者您可以执行最小/预期/最大连接数 - 我不是 MySQL 专家。

更好的是,将您的服务器移至 t2.nano 或 t2.micro 并使用 Amazon RDS。RDS 一年内免费,之后每月收费约 10 美元,这意味着您不必自己运行数据库。t2.micro Web 服务器和 t2.micro RDS 服务器的成本与同时执行这两项操作的 t2.small 实例的成本大致相同。
