Exim 是在具有公共 IP 的公共云提供商新配置的 VM 上配置的（scaleway.net）
目的：
能够从 CLI（或脚本）向公共目标收件人（gmail、yahoo……）发送邮件
结果：
Exim4 日志文件/var/log/exim4/mainlog所有测试服务器 (gmail、free.fr、online.net) 均显示“连接超时”

- 服务器上没有配置防火墙，也没有来自云提供商的规则。
- 已解析的 smtp 服务器 IP 地址（来自 exim 日志文件）可以 ping 通。

Scaleway 默认阻止传出 SMTP。您需要从控制面板中解除阻止。访问此选项需要经过验证的帐户；如果您无法启用它，请向 Scaleway 开具票据以获取进一步的说明。
