dell xps 15 是双启动 Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS（桌面版）和 Windows 10。USB 转以太网适配器昨天工作正常。但今天它停止工作了。我试过 Windows 10 端，但它也不起作用。
有线网络图标甚至没有显示在桌面的右上角。
该适配器可在另一台笔记本电脑上使用。USB 端口可与 USB 键盘/鼠标配合使用。
我该怎么做才能诊断并修复它？
