有线已连接但互联网无法使用

我忘了说我的笔记本没有内置以太网端口,我使用 TP Link UE300 以太网适配器连接到以太网。该适配器支持 Linux 的即插即用,在 Windows 中运行良好(一个月前在 Ubuntu 中也可以使用),但现在在 Ubuntu 中无法使用。另外,我认为这是一些驱动程序问题(但不确定)。
