虽然有点晚了，但我刚刚遇到了这个问题，并通过重新安装 Nvidia 驱动程序解决了它：

sudo apt reinstall nvidia-driver-460

我没有安装任何可能导致此问题的东西，但是 Ubuntu 进行了一些更新，之后就发生了此问题。
