我知道 12.10 不再受支持，过渡期已于 2014 年 5 月或 7 月结束。我只是想升级到 13.10，然后从那里升级到 14.05，执行通常的 sudo do-release-upgrade 命令以及随之而来的所有操作，但它似乎不起作用。一段时间后我收到的命令行消息是

全新安装 14.04，不要格式化根分区，/home 中的数据将被保留。
