rsyslog 不记录程序的消息

该行setlogmask(LOG_UPTO(LOG_CRIT))丢弃您的日志消息

syslog(LOG_INFO, "floded entered");

的优先级LOG_INFO低于 的优先级LOG_CRIT。因此
