出于某种原因，我的新款华硕 ZenBook UX305 上的触摸板在 Windows 10 下运行正常，但在 Ubuntu 下却无法识别。就像它根本不存在一样。

在标准 Ubuntu（15.04 或 15.10 桌面 AMD64）下，鼠标指针甚至不会出现。在 lubuntu 15.10 下，鼠标指针出现在屏幕中央，但不会移动。

如果我插入外部 USB 鼠标，效果会很好，但这实际上不是一个可接受的长期解决方案。

我检查了“软件和更新”下的“附加驱动程序”，但它只显示“未知：未知。此设备不工作。”，并且我得到了单选按钮选项“使用来自 intel-microcode（专有）的英特尔 CPU 处理器微码固件”或“不使用此设备”。选择前者似乎没有任何作用。

到目前为止，我甚至不确定如何弄清楚我需要知道什么才能继续前进。任何线索都将不胜感激。
